1. How long will delivery take?
Delivery times are quick! Depending on your location, it typically takes between 4 - 7 working days.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check the status in the 'My Account' section on our website.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order as long as we haven't packed it yet. Once canceled, we will issue a full refund.
4. How long will the refund take after cancellation?
Refunds are processed immediately. Depending on your payment method:
- UPI: Refunds within 2 days
- Bank/E-Wallet: Refunds within 5-7 working days
5. Will I get a full refund for my canceled order?
Yes, you’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.
6. What payment methods are available?

7. What is “Cash on Delivery”?
Cash on Delivery lets you pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. There’s a small convenience fee for this option, which is non-refundable.
8. How do I return a product?
It’s simple! Just log in to your account, go to ‘My Account’, select the order, and click 'Return/Exchange'. Follow the instructions to get a Return ID. You can also check the return process guide under ‘My Account.’
9. How do I get a refund for a Cash on Delivery order?
When returning an item, simply update your bank or UPI details, and we’ll refund the amount to your account.
10. Will I get back what I paid if I return the product?
Yes! You’ll receive a full refund, including any taxes paid. Refunds are made according to your original payment method.
11. Can I exchange my product?
Yes, we offer exchanges for size, color, or style. To exchange, follow the return process in your account and choose the "Exchange" option instead of "Return". Please note, exchanges are subject to product availability.
12. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Returns are always free!
13. Can I return an item if I used a discount code?
Yes, you can return items purchased with a discount code, as long as the coupon doesn’t specify "No Return" for that product. If the product is eligible for a return, you'll receive a full refund based on the amount you paid after the discount.
14. What if I used a "No Return" coupon?
If the coupon you used has a "No Return" policy, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
15. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please reach out to our customer service team immediately, and we'll assist you in returning or exchanging the damaged product for a replacement.
16. How do I know if my order has been shipped?

17. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can try to change the shipping address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request the change.
18. What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you're not home when the delivery arrives, the courier will attempt to deliver your package again or leave instructions for you to pick it up from a nearby center.
19. What is your return and exchange policy?
We gladly accept exchanges and returns for unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange right away.
